We had some excitement this morning when Freeland and the dog were both shot at and hit with a pellet gun out in the woods. Thankfully the pellet just grazed Freeland's hand, but it was it was pretty scary. We called the police and poor Eliana was so terrified that they were going to take Freeland to Jail ans she would never see him again. In spite of our reassurance she cried her little heart out. Once everything was all over she was so happy to sit on his lap.
